In this global role, I worked across Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. I was responsible for a wide reaching Development Programme for our Early Career Professionals with <5 years experience. A key project in this role was creating a Graduate Rotation experience. I worked to build a skills-based model for development, enabling Aurecon to easily identify and close skills gaps during critical development years via internal mobility across adjacent roles in our job architecture. This project directly supported our Talent pipeline and retention strategies. I enjoyed working on the system enablement for this project; building out the business case to introduce Talent Marketplace to our Workday system setup. In this space, I worked with a talented and multi-disciplinary team (Marketing, Recruitment, HR Generalist, Workforce Futures, Talent and Learning). I drove and continuously applied a lens of radical simplification, digitisation, and human-centred learning design. At Aurecon, we had a headcount of 1,500 Early Career Professionals across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. I led our Graduate Programme (2 years)for our annual intakes of 200+ graduates, Intern Programme (3 Month) for annual intakes of 150+ undergraduates. I facilitated the learning experiences within these programs, including Graduate Welcome events and culture experiences and our annual Intern Innovation Challenge.
