Gourab is a core member of the COE team at PwC. As part of this role, he assesses the compliance and legal risks for multiple clients across various functions, and works with the business to help the relevant function owners to identify their compliance risks. Besides working on regulatory change management projects, he also works extensively on legal and regulatory research projects. He is responsible for training his team on subject matter, best practices, research and process controls.Gourab is able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage his workload. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has given him excellent interpersonal, communications and customer service skills. Gourab is well presented, hardworking, punctual and conscientious, having a strong work ethic and pride in his performance.Gourab in his role is also responsible for Client Relationships, Subject Matter, Process Transitions, Quality Management & Project Management.Skill set includes proficiency in identifying risk across employment, environment health safety, corpsec, data privacy, immigration, tax, financial and banking laws in jurisdictions including but not limited to, US, UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia. Managing complex research projects across varied topics in multiple jurisdictions.
