• Identify and understand customer/client requirements to prepare reports and give presentations.• Prepare project design criteria/guideline as per international and local standards of respective countries.• Prepare load estimate and do transformer and generator sizing as per design guideline.• Prepare end-to-end engineering drawings such as single line diagram, substation layout, cable tray routing layout, lighting and power layouts.• Selection of power distribution scheme and strategies as per country specific authority requirements and rules.• Project infrastructure design and calculation like, street lighting, parking lighting, MV/LV underground cable layouts, landscape lighting power provision etc. as per design guideline.• Calculation of voltage drop and short circuit current for all the circuits/feeders.• Uninterruptable power supply (UPS), Emergency central battery systems (ECB) sizing and calculations as per design guideline.• Detailed electrical system design such as lighting system (normal, emergency and essential), small power system (general purpose sockets, telecom/mechanical equipment power provision), earthing system, lightning protection study and calculation, motor control centre (MCC) and so on.• Calculation of elevator sizing and quantities as per deign guideline.• Co-ordination with architects, interior designers, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, telecom engineers and other trades for design and development of project.• Preparation of bill of quantities, project specifications and other documents as per standard quality procedure.

Induction Brazing machines, Plastic moulding machines, Press machines for creating stampings, contactor assembly machines, automatic coil winding machines, a variety of testing panels for different switchgear components are a few to mention.• Repair and maintain these machines on regular basis, retrofitting of worn out panels/machines also resolve their breakdowns.• Control and power wiring of panelborads as per give circuit diagrams, following all the standard wiring practices. Interfacing of panel boards with machines and commissioning.• Developing logic for PLC program as per operation sequence of machines. Conversion of relay operated control panels into PLC operated panelborads.
