I have overall 32 years of experience mainly in Telecommunication and IT industry in the area of project management and Strategic Outsourcing management in different roles. I worked for Indian Air Force, BPL Mobile, Hughes Network Systems, Ericsson and IBM. Airtel and Idea Vodafone were my major clients. I worked in MEA region and has on site work experience in Africa and Saudi Arabia. I am an Engineering Graduate with Masters in Personnel Management and holds PMP certificate.I took a career break after 30 years of service to pursue my personal interests and provide full time parenting and time for family. I started working for "Braves" last year to help them work in an organized and structured way. This objective is fully achieved as "Braves" now works based on processes and dashboards with predefined triggers and rarely gets into urgent-important quadrant. I now want to contribute with my experience and make things better for the people,the employee, employer, the clients and the overall eco system. I want give back and keep myself productively engaged to be in the state of "flow" and "self actualization" level.
