Since I completed my engineering I was theoretically well sound with fundamental laws, equations. I always tried to implement this all formula into daily life activity ,but I could able to manage very few from my list.The day I stepped in industrial world I began to relate all formula to my application ,thus I realised that time yes, whatever I had studied is not vain.Successfully developed Time cycle of every Finished good to optimise the productivity. Analysis done on various bottlenecks and improve their readiness.SOP Also prepared for various new process and Standardised too for Documentation New automated tools were analysed by studying graphically for less effort applications and more output Participated in kaizen workshop and successfully developed Yamazumi chart for all process and bottlenecks were identified.
