I am part of the product team for Amadeus ticketing team in Bangalore. As a product definition analyst, I handle the ticketing products of Issuance, Display, After sales, Quotation and Reporting.On a daily basis I perform the following tasks:1) Requirement elicitation, analysis and solution design.2) Maintain a product backlog.3) Involved in training of Amadeus functional helpdesk personnel in 9 countries.4) SPOC for airlines like British Airways, Japan Airlines, Air France, Etihad and Lufthansa for functional queries.5) Create knowledge repositories in confluence which can be used by different support teams.6) Provide assitance in solving live production incidents for ticketing products.
