For this to happen they had to make the technology change from DSL to VDSL. The new technology would increase the speed up to 100mbps.Responsibilities:  Recruit engineers for the project.  Get necessary training from Airtel. To comply with terms and conditions of Airtel. Give knowledge transition to the engineers. To give hands on training to the engineers at the customer's location.  To do the technology change and Update the customer's detail along with the speed of data achieved to the backend. To manage the engineers on daily basis to achieve the target set.
