I am an Indian Air Force officer (helicopter pilot), who retired on 31 Mar 23 at the age of 54 years. During my service of nearly 34 years to the nation, I have military aviation experience pan India and in Africa and have also held multiple command and administrative assignments. I have been associated with the academia for more than 10 years, researching on technology and its applications. Of these, close to five years were spent as Senior Instructor for educating and grooming mid-rung military officers in service specific subjects and written and communication skills. I have authored a book titled "Space Security: Emerging Technologies and Trends" and have close to forty publications/articles to my name. I have also participated in many panel discussions on relevant topics. I am interested in utilising my vast and varied experience in providing value addition to leadership and guidance roles. My last assignment was as a Senior Research Fellow in a Defence Think Tank. I am also passionate about research and presentation and intend to continue developing my professional skills and knowledge .
