I am presently in my last year in pursuing my bachelor’s degree in cyber security management. I feel that with my past work experience and academic experience I have gain ground in the field in which I desire.I have experience in Data Center, Command Center, NOC, Help Desk Services, Disaster Recovery, Incident and Project Management. I believe that with the knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), v3 Foundation all lifecycle paths can be made better. My practices are to stay in compliance with ITIL policies and procedures. Knowledge of networks, Cloud base telecommunication VoIP platforms, Incident Response Management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management, and Information Technology Audit and Control, and Essential Body of Knowledge (EBK) with HIST 800s as a personally guide to support a culture that emphasizes on continuous quality.Presently I am looking to expand the scope of my future by including my undergraduate perspectives. Focused knowledge of Microsoft installations; basic networking principles, incident management, MS Project 2013 Essential, System Planning Analysis & Design, Project Methodologies, Process Lifecycle and Enterprise Architecture.
