I provide quality and timely support to the members and providers of the health plan, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, and chat. I also educate the customers about the benefits and services of the health plan, and assist them with enrollment, eligibility, claims, and referrals.I have a strong background in hospitality and tourism, having worked as a Hotel General Utility at NYK Line and a Customer Service Representative at Everise. I gained valuable experience in housekeeping management, catering, food and beverage service, and pre-opening and closing procedures.
