Greg joined Glide Capital in the spring of 2016, and has since helped build an alternative investments solution which is now approved on over 40 custodial bank / financial institutions and manages over $550 Million. Greg's primary role is head of the operations team, however he also organizes and leads the investment committees and Board of Directors' meetings all while developing new procedures to automate daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks.• Operational Responsibilities - Net Asset Valuations (NAVs), cash flows/budgets/forecasts, audits, tax reporting, investor relations and reporting, financing, maintaining relationships with Administrators/lawyers/auditors/banks, managing operations staff, executing and monitoring investments, etc.• Investment Responsibilities – Greg performs due diligence (investment and operational) on fund investments, authors research reports and leads the quarterly investment committees. This due diligence includes an annual review of underlying hedge fund audited financials, background checks, asset verification, review of fund documentation and other areas of concern.

Scala Capital LLC (Formerly Smartinvest Capital LLC) is a Registered Investment Advisor located in Miami, Florida.Greg managed all client, bank, partner and 3rd party communication. He also dealt with all technology pursuits, reporting and analytics, legal documentation and alternative investment documentation, hiring processes, compliance audits, FATCA documentation, KYC AML Documentation etc.Greg also contributed to investment discussions about equity and fixed income asset allocation and individual investment strategy.

Developing and constantly extending an automated dashboard platform to keep equity analysts and sector managers informed of relevant macro metrics and trends.Publishing and presenting Performance and Risk Management reports for the Sprott School of Business Investment Committee.Developed a Tail Risk Parity asset allocation model to determine optimal weights of our current holdings.Other current projects and research: Optimal Rebalancing methods Risk Management Report

Fulfilled the role of first ever Ambassador to Upgrade Capital for Sprott School of Business. Developed and hosted information sessions for Sprott students encouraging them to build on their financial knowledge and experience with various Upgrade Capital platforms including macro trading and quantitative methods in finance.

Worked at several House of Commons locations and at Treasury Board Secretariat.Greg was promoted from Junior Technician to Site Lead early August to follow through with the final implementation and delivery of the House of Commons broadcasting upgrade at parliament.

Contracted to wire and build Ross Video's first in house virtual set.

Develop & manage relationships with other Not-For-Profit organizations in the National Capital Region.Offer PMI's volunteer services in the areas of; Informational speakers, Project management services, and NPO training and coaching, while increasing our local chapter's community awareness.
