teams4taps is an initiative to engage TAPS families and establish relationships with sports teams, leagues and organizations, as well as individual athletes. This program connects survivors and provides them with opportunities to smile, laugh, and create once-in-a-lifetime moments that celebrate and honor their Fallen Hero. For some survivors, a teams4taps.

• Provide support to a wide variety of CR programming and events, game day activities and fundraising initiatives including but not limited to Hockey Fights Cancer Night, First Responder’s Night, Telethon, Celebrity.
• Manage the charitable donation process for the Coyotes organization, including the processing and fulfillment of all donation requests
• Provide game night support and assist with the training of all volunteers for 50/50 raffle on game nights
• Assist with the development and execution of player-generated community impact events and programs, including those involving collaboration with player’s significant others and family members
• Help create and promote awareness in the local community by managing all charitable appearances made in the community by players, front office staff and Howler, the mascot, including hospital visits, reading program.

• Supported confidential and highly sensitive investigations related to players, umpires, and baseball personnel related to performance-enhancing substances, gambling, domestic violence, and other violations of baseball.
• Prepared written transcripts of both news clippings and internally-conducted interviews relevant to case proceedings
• Prepared timely reports of information gathered, presenting information in a cohesive organized and user-friendly format
• Gathered and analyzed publicly available information, including government records, social media and news reports to assist on-going investigations

• Collaborated with team to create decks and presentations that illustrate each partners’ assets throughout the course of the MLB season
• Kept track of and logged all audience related data for international Regular Season, All-Star Weekend and Postseason broadcasts
• Executed and ensured quality control for all partners for all international broadcast locations throughout the Postseason
• Performed clerical duties, scanning, shipping, and logging invoices and global partner contracts

- Assisted with planning, coordinating, and executing the league's two biggest events: the All-Star Game and the Championship game- Helped with community outreach and sales in both event locations- Reached out to local companies to secure new sponsorship opportunities for the league and succeeded in creating a partnership with Sully's Brand for the All.

- Assisted with all pre-practice /game and post-practice/game duties and responsibilities, while also partaking in practices when necessary- Helped with the coordination, preparation and execution of Notre Dame baseball alumni and community events (ND Baseball Alumni Reunion, Haunted Eck, ALS Fun(d) Run) - Helped maintain the team's storage equipment.

- Generated ideas about and helped execute all on-field promotions- Wrote game day scripts for home games and executed sponsorship contracts for the team- Ran team's SnapChat account, featuring batting practice, live game updates, food & giveaway promotions - Helped with the audition process and scheduled all National Anthem performances for home games.

- Cultivated family-friendly atmosphere and helped with sideline operations for all of Brewster's home games- Assisted with all general ballpark maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep- Welcomed all local groups and National Anthem singers- Executed the sale of all nightly raffle tickets, promotions, and prizes
