Budgeting. Income Recovery. Expense Control. Financial management. General administration. Staff management and development. Lease administration. Leasing, tenant-mix and tenant installation. Procurement. Tenant relations and liaison. Public and community relations. Promotions and publicity, including administration of marketing funds. Market and tenant research and statistical evaluation. Ongoing development up-grade planning. Building, plant equipment and technical maintenance. Preventative maintenance. Negotiating and placing of specialist service sub-contracts. Liaison with asset managers to optimize value of investment. Preparation of monthly reporting packs and presentation to owners.
