Hello! My name is Grace Patel, and I am a biomedical engineering student at Purdue University. I am the type of person who thrives in a group setting, because I can bring cohesiveness to a group through my sociability when making everyone feel included and an asset to the team. I also can add structure to a situation with methodical planning and my ability to ask questions to ensure information is accurate. With this, I am also the type of person to be highly organized in my planning that allows me to multitask and be very efficient. Knowing this about myself, I find that I work best in an environment where people are open to collaboration and have a positive mindset in a team setting. I strive when I am surrounded by people that are willing to resolve conflict efficiently to ensure the group can continue the task at hand.
