  • Perform administrative task for opening new member accounts, absent memberships, re-activation of membership, temporary visit and resignation of membership in accordance to the Standard of Procedure (SOP).• Critical role in ensuring club meets its KPI (entrance fee, transfer fee, etc).• Generate monthly P&L reports for management of the Club.• Plan and conduct new member orientation.• Work closely with marketing department for communicating Club events and promotion via email and mailing.• Update and maintain membership database.• Handle daily walk-ins, phone and email enquiries, requests and feedback.• Conduct club tours for potential members and follow-ups to close a sale.• Plan, organize and execute events, including sourcing quotation for activities to be utilised in the events.• Work closely with OPS departments to generate full set of birthday voucher promotions.• Maintain relationship with new and existing members during Club events.• Work closely with Finance department and follow-up on members with outstanding and defaulted members.• Ensure SOP has been adhered for expiring/expired memberships.• Handle all aspects relating to membership issues, assist members on their requests to meet members’ satisfaction.• Perform data mining for marketing efforts and quarterly demographic reports to improve members’ engagement.• Increase brand awareness and achievements of the Club through organizing partnership events with financial institutions and third parties.• Provide support system to Finance department to ensure that members’ payment mode, email and mailing addresses are updated.• Took part in major Club events, such as Singapore Yacht Show, Affiliate Club’s Day and Christmas Boat Light Parade.
