She served on key DND committees including the: Family Violence Advisory Committee, Employee Assistance Program (CFMAP) Working Group and Rx 2000 Mental Health Reform Working Group. Grace was co-founder, director, senior vice president and public policy practice leader for Shipley Canada Corp. until successfully selling the company in 2017. Shipley Canada continues to operate and is part of a global training and consulting group of companies that helps other companies win business with proven best practices in business development.
