Directing the Clinical Services of our new Hospice Agency. We are CHAP accredited and have a fantastic team to support and comfort the entire family of our patients. We serve the San Francisco Bay Area with tireless 24/7 care. I came in at the very beginning going through the startup process, State survey with no deficiencies, CHAP survey with one deficiency and now watching our staff and census grow. This is exciting and satisfying to offer the level of care people want and expect for their loved ones at the most vulnerable and critical time of their lives. As I am in management, but also assist in the field as needed, I get the best of both worlds. We are experiencing a fantastic time of offering true patient care and family support the way we have always known it should be.

Was a new startup agency for a fantastic company out of New Jersey. Went through entire startup process and was CHAP accredited. Worked with a wonderful staff and watched the agency grow. A very positive growth experience for me. I have 10 years of hospice experience as a field nurse and in management. This is the field for me. This is the kind of nursing I dreamed of doing.
