Identifying as an ENFP, relationship management is a theme that has been an integral component of my life, whether that is human or four legged recipients of my unique brand of engagement. I’m the youngest of six children so it’s fair to say that getting my point across started very early! However, active listening serves me much better on a daily basis.Advocating for a high level of communication, productivity and understanding to the community has led to many positive outcomes in every aspect of workplace development. I have a proven track record of success in previous roles, most recently in my job as a Product Manager. For example, I proactively engage with 80-100 sales professionals within the organisation . I arranged and collaborated with our internal teams on multiple training, seasonal campaigns and launches. I have also got experience of direct line management in multiple fields but most recently in my current role; hiring and training buying assistants in the department.I take great pride in resilience, diligence and empathy to get to a common goal. It is my opinion that there is very little that can’t be taught to an individual who fits the right mindset and values of a community. I always look forward to an insightful discussion over a cup of tea and really getting to know what makes you tick. If that happens on horseback or in the middle of a field surrounded by other four legged unwitting participants then all the better!
