I wear many hats and I love getting sh** done. I currently work for 2 small businesses supporting the visionary founders in an integrator role. I am Managing Director of Advaya, an online learning platform exploring the interrelated fields of ecology, consciousness and embodiment. I joined advaya to blend my professional experience with my love for community and learning. From studying Anthropology at LSE to a recent Cambridge diploma in business sustainability, I believe that education is a transformative pursuit and a key way to tackle issues we face with climate change.I am also COO at Campwell, a magical eco-village of cabins & canvas outside of Bath with the aim of connecting people with one another and nature. Our focus is on group experiences and team retreats - to reinspire people through nature's teachings in the extraordinary surroundings.Previously part of a Leadership Team at Work.Life, successfully scaling a start-up coworking business from 1 to 10 sites in 5 years. I was involved in all elements of the company and implemented business-wide processes (from HR to sales) to maximise productivity, increased revenue and managed a team of over 25 people
