I am co-founder of Grace and Skye, a London based catering company. I trained at Leith's School of Food & Wine and prior to starting my own company, worked as a chef throughout London. I am experienced and have a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverages industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Catering, Food & Beverage, Budgeting, and Business Planning.Grace & Skye evolved out of lockdown and a desire to nourish people during a difficult time, when the excitement of restaurants and communal eating seemed so far away. Our focus is on seasonality, sustainability and a zero waste mindset, creating delicious and inspired dishes using only the freshest ingredients. Our work ranges from catering on set for shoots & corporate events, to weddings and private functions.
