During my time at Deloitte, I was responsible for providing comprehensive financial accounting services to a variety of clients, and I assumed the role of interim Finance Director on several of these projects. These projects involved companies ranging in size from $50 million to $280 million, and I worked closely with the team to handle complex financial issues and make significant contributions to the company's cost operations.As Interim Finance Director, I was responsible for overseeing and managing the company's finance department to ensure the efficient operation and accuracy of financial processes. I worked with the business team to analyze cost structures, develop cost control strategies, and achieve cost reductions and profitability improvements by optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency.In addition to my experience at Deloitte, I have been actively involved in finance projects for other companies, supporting and advising on their cost operations.
