Grant Services Officer
Current- Triage and respond to a high volume of enquiries in relation to grants of legal assistance, VLA guidelines, fees and policies, training and education, and other matters.- Provide high quality customer service to VLAs practice partners, members of the community and legally aided clients.- Process tasks/admin responsibilities that relate to applications for grants of legal assistance for criminal, family and civil law matters.- Process and manage orders received from the courts which require VLA to provide legal assistance in certain matters such as family violence matters.- Contribute to/support the broader work of the Legal Practice Directorate.
