I worked on the tills as my main role putting customers first with 8 years of retail experienced on both tills and the shop floor. The responsibilities I face is to sever customers, using customer service skills these being communication, patience, empathy and problem solving I also deal with returns and price enquiries on the tills. When on the shop floor my duties are to pick up anything that’s on the floor to prevent clothes getting dirty and ruined but also for the safety of customers. I also have the responsibility to size order clothes on the rails and the folding tables. I have the responsibility to make sure the shop is tidy and presentable for customers.

As a Dance and sports coach my main responsibilities involved planning and preparing lessons to teach after school or during school hours. I had the responsibility to deliver warm ups and cool downs as well as creating routines suitable for the age ranges. I had the role of making sure everyone was marked in on the register and liaise with mangers if there was any problems.I had to sort out the equipment in the warehouse making sure the equipment bags had the right equipment in them to provide the best equipment for each session. I had the responsibility of making sure the children were kept well under control and resolve any issues that did occur.
