My name is Grace Dolan, a recent graduate from the College of the Holy Cross, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Education and Art History. Originally from Stowe, Vermont, I now reside in New York City, as a Public Relations Assistant at Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis.I have gained valuable experience through two internships in the communications field. In 2022, I interned at Hunter PR, where I worked on Food and Beverage accounts, including Smithfield, Post Cereal, and Premier Protein. My responsibilities included creating media lists, pitching to editors, and organizing brand activations. This agency experience honed my ability to manage time, delegate tasks, and balance work across multiple accounts. In 2023, I served as a Retirement Marketing Intern at John Hancock, where I developed and executed internal and external marketing campaigns, further strengthening my collaboration and presentation skills. These internships provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both in-house and agency environments within Marketing and Public Relations.My academic background, combined with hands-on experience, has equipped me with proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office365, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, Meltwater, and Google Analytics, among others. I have also developed a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
