I have worked at several events including Racecourse, Football matches and weddings. Due to these events being extremely busy and fast-paced, this company has provided me with the skill of working well under pressure and improved my team working skills.

I joined the cave bar a month before university to test myself and to re-gain an understanding of how to work in a team under pressure. Due to Covid-19, I experienced working in hospitality in a very different and challenging environment, requiring me to quickly and frequently adapt to changing restrictions and rules. Although adapting to the pandemic was difficult, it gave me a sense of pride and satisfaction in myself.

My main job role was to make coffee at a high standard, however, I occasionally took orders and served food. During my time at Beverley Arms, I adhered to their hygiene and safety regulations and provided effective communication with kitchen staff regarding customer allergies, intolerance, dietary needs and other special requirements
