Primary responsibility is to the development, implementation, maintenance and validation of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) for the Tyson Fresh Meats Lexington Facility. • Monitor production conditions, specifications and process controls • Communicate and work closely with USDA to maintain compliance with federal regulations • Monitor and reassess processes, conditions and equipment due to changes and hazards • Data collection for positive activity, non-compliance records, pre-requisite program failures • Update and maintain pertinent regulatory paperwork • Record and analyze trends to actively problem solve • Oversee data collection to ensure regulatory compliance • Organize, plan and execute HACCP, USDA and PSSI meetings • Investigate and report on positive activity • Perform daily safety contacts with team members • Act as FSQA manager or FSQA supervisors as needed • HACCP Certified
