Collaborated with software developers in integrating DSpace, an online repository for easier access to digital content. My role in this was in the definition and validation of user requirements among students and staff.Worked on developing a non-residential student model that would be applied in the campus at ALU Rwanda. The design objective was to reproduce an affordable model for students that would fit the new market within quality constraints.Participated in equipping students with professional development skills such as; data and decision handling, entrepreneurial thinking and communication for impact in the business world.

Worked with the product development team in developing the energy harvesting sensor technology for the company's internet-of-things(IoT) market. My role in this was as an intermediary between the engineering and marketing teams;namely, translating customer needs, conducting feasibility studies and evaluating entry timeline assessments.Collaborated with marketing executives in understanding and developing go-to-market channels as well as defining the sensor's strategic positioning.Partnered with university liaison in organizing a seminar within the the industrial sensor market. The seminar's discourse was to evaluate sensor value in the Danish and European markets.

Managed an online network monitoring system for a telecom client. In the role, I ensured the mobile signals' network performed optimally.Worked alongside field engineers during base site trips. The duties in this trips included generator servicing and attending to power outage emergencies.Participated in site development projects. Primarily, the construction of new civil base stations.
