Temporary Position:-Greeting and directing clients to the appropriate person and office-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls-Ensure reception area and front of house is kept tidy and presentable at all times-Provide accurate information and directions to clients via phone, email and in-person-Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries-Organise and coordinate with couriers-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)-Update calendars and schedule meetings-Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers-Keep updated records of office expenses and costs-Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

-Facilitating the preparation of tenders by identifying clear procurement objectives, appropriate market sounding and engagement strategy, recording and monitoring key dates and time periods during the tender process-Assisted colleagues in the evaluation and evaluation process, management of probity and governance and resourcing-Provided office support by greeting and directing clients to the appropriate person and office, and answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls-Responsible for general office maintenance, including keeping updated records of office expenses and costs, ordering and inventory of stock
