- Assist the Executive Director in the management of the day to day functions of the Associated Students, a $2.2 million, 501(c)3 Public Benefit Corporation with 100+ employees.- Organize complex financial data, corporate recommendations, and other projects for public presentation to Sonoma State University, the California State University and the State of California.- Work with departments to produce financial reports, proposals, and the semester’s data for consideration by the Associated Students Board of Directors. Review policy and procedure for the Associated Students Board of Directors and make recommendations through editing and reviewing.- Managing schedules and calendars, making travel arrangements for Directors and Executive Officers, handling day to day and ongoing special projects.- Plan and prepare two weekend long plenary meetings for the student leadership of the 23 California State Universities. - Assist with duties related to operations of the corporation such as organizing committees, producing documents, corresponding to external companies, and office management.
