I’m keenly interested in culture and politics and the role they play in society. Political economy is an area I am keenly interested in. As a recent graduate of the University of San Francisco, I’m seeking opportunities to make meaningful change through policy reform and socio-political organizing. I earned a degree in International Studies with a minor in Latin American studies. My coursework included in-depth research on global conflicts, human rights, and social justice. I also held three internships with elected officials that allowed me to do research, fieldwork, help organize public events and work with the public. Creating a society that is inclusive and sustainable is fundamental and all of us should have the resources and vision of opportunity that can launch us on a journey to living our best lives.My second passion is travel and learning about the world. I grew up in Seattle and have visited Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Thailand. Cambodia, and Vietnam. I also have a creative side that always looking for outlets, including photography and design.
