-Conduct the full-cycle processing of hourly and salaried payrolls.-Ensure data accuracy on ADP (400-500 Canadian and US employees).-Responsible for all the administrative support in Payroll & Benefits, including ROEs, T4s, vacation accruals, new hires, terminations, on-leaves, garnishment orders, etc.-Respond to employee inquiries in payroll and benefits from Albert, BC, Ontario, etc.-Complete month-end and year-end reconciliations and reporting.-Support the payroll and benefits programs and generate and create reports as required.

-Processed full-cycle ADP payroll for the Toronto Catering location (300+ employees).-Managed employee records, including wage rates, registrations, terminations, time card reviews, and ROEs etc.-Addressed payroll issues by communicating with employees and managers.-Submitted reports and processed payments for benefits, pensions, union dues, WSIB, and vacation accruals.-Completed month-end and year-end reconciliations, including taxable benefits, EHT, T4s, and related reporting.

-Assist in processing payroll on the basis of bi-weekly and semi-monthly for 350+ employees on ADP;-Processed full-cycle employee benefits including enrolment, changes, terminations, WCB claims, STD claims, etc.;-Responded to employee inquiries and processed invoices for payment as required;-Assisted with Month-End payroll reports and tasks by AR/AP department, generated and created reports.

-Responded to employees and solved problems effectively;-Conducted expenses and sale commission reports for the executive team;-Collected and modified employee payroll data records;-Maintained and filed employee profiles;-Assisted in the reconciliation and preparation of year-end T4 tax forms.
