Wine assistant and cocktail bartender working on orders, tastings, and recommendations for both in-house drinking and takeaway sales. Alongside this there’s an element of food preparation, involving cheese and meat board creation.

Assisting and running several events over the North West. Duties can range from tent erecting and dressing; food running, standard bartending, private 1 on 1 cocktail bartending, client liaison, champagne service.Venues include wedding functions, private house parties and festivals.

Working alongside chef to take orders, prep ingredients, build sandwiches, face customers and answer any of their questions. All whilst keeping the kitchen space clean and tidy to ensure efficient and speedy service. SanSan eventually turned into a pop up at serval food markets around Manchester. This meant I spent time at spaces including Grub, Clippers Quay and Cathedral Gardens.

Moving up through roles from glass collector, to bartender, and ending up at a key holder/ supervisor role. Received full cocktail training which set me up for continuous cocktail bartending at several venues. - money handling- communication- problem solving
