Hello all! My name is Grace McDermott, I am a dedicated junior at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, majoring in Human Resource Management. With a deep interest in Human Resources and a commitment to fostering inclusive business environments, I am actively involved in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Women in Business on campus.My academic journey took an exciting turn with a transformative business study abroad program in Italy.
