Guides client groups through the high ropes challenge course at the University of Richmond campus. Facilitates teambuilding ground and high-elevation challenges that emphasize breaking the ice with new groups and building positive, trusting dynamics. Encourages clients to practice a challenge by choice ethics, prioritizing self-fulfillment and growth.

Leads student outdoor trips through Virginia Commonwealth University, ranging from day to multi overnight trips, practicing motivational group management and optimal risk management while leading participants. Sports of proficiency include whitewater rafting, caving, canoeing, backpacking, stand up paddle boarding, and sea kayaking. Practices a commitment to Leave No Trace principles. Participates in a culture of feedback, understanding of principles and application of motivating and instructing adults. Practices good customer service skills, communication, and decision-making skills.
