MISSION Engage youth in a powerful and fun experience-based learning activity improving relationship building, self-esteem, and peer support. LEARNING OUTCOMES -- Promotes building deep, meaningful relationships based on vulnerability and trust. -- Helps individuals understand the value of working together and supporting each other. -- Provide opportunities for people to do things they did not think possible and to feel good about themselves. COMMON GROUND Our Common Ground program is a cutting-edge experiential learning activity focused on social and emotional learning. Activities are all ground-based and portable. The program is inclusive, engaging, thought-provoking, and fun. KEY DIFFERENTIATOR We have been delivering programs focused on social and emotional learning since 1980. We are the most purposeful, fun, and inclusive experience students can have. Our Common Ground program is coveted in the fall for its ability to bring students together by breaking down barriers and cliques while building inclusive relationships. In the spring, the program re-energizes participants and builds team skills. IDEAL CLIENT -- Students and educators everywhere are challenged to work together more than ever before. Public and private schools throughout Virginia will benefit from our program.
