WHAT IS EXPERIENTIAL LEARNINGSimply put, experiential learning is learning by doing versus the classic academic learning method of learning from a book. Participants in our program are faced with new challenges never encountered before. The participant experiences the challenge and learns from it. LEARNING & GROWTHWhether they succeed or fail doesn’t matter, each participant grows through that learning process.
