In my role as Director of Membership Enrichment, I oversee and manage the Chaplain, Chair of Fraternity Education, Mental Health Chair, and DEI Chair. In addition, I develop visually appealing presentations that showcase the achievements and distinctive traits of each of our 250 chapter members while emphasizing the chapter's values, involvement, and engagement. I work together with programs council to support our members' education and growth—for instance, by teaching them how to network and prepare for interviews and resumes, etc. As well as work hand-and-hand with our executive team to make sure our values are being uphold, and members have opportunities available to them throughout their 4 years.

As the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair of my social sorority I created interpersonal relationships with members, my fellow Executive Council, and the advisors. My job includes teaching my chapter about diversity, equity, and inclusion. By providing programming and lead lessons that further the chapter to learn about how to have a safer more inclusive environment. My favorite part of the position is ensuring a safe and positive environment for our members, and creating material that helps our membership enrichment.

As a peer instructor I work alongside Harbert College of Business's Career Coaches to teach Professional Development courses. We aid Career Coaches with grading students' resumes, cover letters, and other classroom assignments. Students are able to come to weekly office hours with their Peer Instructor to gain one-on-one advice about career goals and academic achievements. As a Purvelo sales intern I maintain a weekly schedule of 12 hours a week to manage the cleanliness, computer operations (check-in), and social media presence. As well as providing a high-level of client support and service all while helping to maintain the daily tasks of studio operations. On top off collaborating with my fellow interns to create a welcoming environment and materials to encourage new members to join. While also representing the brand of Pūrvelo within the studio and throughout the fitness community.

My job entitled managing 15 potential new members, as well as being trained on every aspect of the recruitment process. This opportunity allowed me to present my leadership skills in a more informal setting, and collaborate with around 150 of my peers throughout the process.
