Entrusted with the care of children between the ages of 6 weeks - 5 years old. Worked with co-workers and supervisors to provide a great experience for both parent and child.I was personally responsible for up to five infants or twenty five preschoolers at once. Organization, team work, and quick decision making was a must. Required to be certified in First Aid/CPR for both children and adults.

Given the opportunity to be shown the entire running of a boutique within a few months. I was shown anything from how to run the cash register to how to set up a fashion show, what goes into working with the buyers and sellers, fundraising, advertisements, following fashion trends and all the other aspects that go into such an involved small business.
