Selected as the sole intern by a startup software company to aid in marketing and product improvements. They hired me when the company had no clients. Three months later, we together achieved ten subscribing clients.Created a database of Convention Visitors Bureaus (and key decision makers within) for marketing to target and drive incremental revenue. Conducted in-depth market research on social media trends within the airport and travel industry to identify opportunities and recommend new content and procedures. Assisted in the creation and execution of website audits, directly contributing to securing five new clients.Collaborated on a transparent visual management system for our sales pipeline, enhancing team efficiency and improving close rate.Selected inspiring photography to improve consumer conversion within the software, resulting in a 10X improvement in results for destination landing pages.Researched content pillar best practices, and translated this into developing a strategy for Airport One to build equity across purpose, marketing expertise, and customer engagement. The company has since dominated its industry with both free press and word-of-mouth buzz.
