a) Reconciling financial ledgers and records; prepare financial statements and reports, general and subsidiary ledgers and supporting schedules; research and resolve discrepancies.b) Remitting VAT returns and compliance with I tax obligations.c) Preparing bank reconciliations and related journal entries for a variety of accounts.d) Confirming and authorizing all the exchanges, returns and cash sales transactions in the system.e) Reviewing and auditing all accounts payable, invoices, cash receipts, payroll, utility billing, and other accounting records and transactions; ensure money is posted to correct accounts and that all accounts balance.f) Properly recording all the stocks received and issued out in the stocks receipt or delivery books and ensuring that all these documents are kept safely.g) Purchasing, transferring and withdrawing stock in the system as instructed by the manager in charge, printing and filing of all these documents for future reference.h) Bar coding and placing of security tags in all stock issued to the shops.j) Input all the stocks received in the warehouse, in the stock management system with proper details such as Brand name, color, Purchase price and the recommended selling price. Ensure the correct quantity received is keyed in correctlyk) Properly recording all the stocks received & issued out in the stocks receipt /Delivery books and ensuring that all those documents are safely kept in the specific filesl) Purchasing, transferring & withdrawing stocks in the system as instructed by the manager in charge, printing and filling of all these documents for future referencem) Delivery of all stocks issued to the shops, ensuring that all the transfer sheets and delivery notes are signed & proper filling of the documents for future referencen) Preparation of a stock movement schedule for all shops inputting comments where applicable and sharing with the management dailyp) Carrying actual stock take
