I’m a recent MSc HRM graduate, soon-to-be Associate CIPD accredited. I have previously obtained a first-class BA(Hons) in Languages (French and Spanish) and Intercultural Communications and additionally, I’ve gained 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, customer service environment. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid understanding of HR practices, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and labour law compliance. Additionally, it has furnished me with a variety of skills including the ability to perform effectively in a team setting, strong organisational and communication skills, and leadership qualities.I’m now eager to apply my skills in a dynamic workplace where I can contribute to organisational success, while continuing to learn and grow in the HR field.
