As a server, I collaborate with a team to complete any tasks needed to satisfy the dining needs of patrons. Responsibilities include making and delivering fresh food and beverages in a timely manner, restocking, organizing the kitchen and stockroom, taking care of guest orders, multitasking the unique needs of customers, and communicating well with other staff and patrons. As a certified trainer, I teach and train new staff members of the responsibilities and roles of customer service in a restaurant, as well as the skills necessary to complete tasks in separate areas (i.e. kitchen, customer service, food preparation and safety, beverage knowledge, alcohol safety and monitoring, and sales).

I surveyed patrons in the facility, prepared to provide emergency medical care and treatment as required until EMS arrived, chemical checks, and pool preparation. As a water-safety instructor I taught participants starting from the age of 6 months old to geriatric critical water skills (i.e. swimming, treading). I reinforced swimming and essential safety skills throughout the course, interacting well with all patrons of all ages at the pool to allow them to have trust in me to care for them in case of an emergency.
