As a Product Associate in my current position, my responsibilities are building and maintaining production timelines. I work directly with the vendors to ensure we are able to achieve our IHD goals for each season/ drop. I manage the production for both our US and London locations as well as several other countries when we do our annual pop-up locations. I handle all final costing as well as PO's. I attend all fittings and take detailed notes to communicate with the vendors on any and all development or design updates. I ensure all our XFTY dates are met, handle all packing lists to ensure all units that were ordered were shipped and received on time. I personally oversee and review all TOP approvals, maintain full ownership of QC reports and inspection. As a Product Developer I was responsible for numerous clients covering a broad range of categories. The accounts I worked on included; Peloton, Bandier, L*space, Eleven by Venus Williams, Camilla, Summersault swimwear and Phillip Lim. Depending on the brand and each of their personal needs, my job usually consisted from the start of the development through the TOP approval process. My role at Revolve was mainly focused on Product Development. I participated in our weekly design meetings in order to pitch new ideas for silhouettes, colors, prints and design concepts that catered to our specific demographic and the current trends for that particular season. Many of my ideas were approved for production, including numerous bestsellers. I worked closely with our overseas vendors ensuring clear communication on any and all new development, keeping them updated on any and all design or fit changes throughout the whole development process. I would often source fabrics. I attended daily fittings and weekly meetings with the buyers. I was responsible for the management and coordination of all samples starting from 1st Proto through TOP approval. Another part of my job required me to create the names of styles and the color descriptions. I then was responsible for inputting all the correct updated information for each style including; the style name, vendor, color, season as well as costing into the company's internal tracking system.
