Content AnalystExpedia Group Feb 2018 - Oct 2019Seattle, Wa, Us• Implemented a style guide for help center videos that reduced the video production time from two weeks to two days, standardized the video design and storage method, and defined the criteria for video creation. • Created and launched ten how-to tutorial help videos in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Thai, Traditional Chinese, and Korean (80 videos total) for a hotel-facing Help Center. Managed the materials created by the other global teams and edited the videos using Camtasia. • Analyzed data in Google analytics and Excel to determine potential opportunities for improving the user's help center experience and implemented a new measurement to determine if a user's feedback was related to the help article content or another factor, such as a process or tool.• Completed a content management system (CMS) migration, which involved mapping over 200 Help articles, writing and updating over 100 articles for clarity and conciseness, and manually migrating each article to the CMS in over 30 languages. • Wrote and updated hundreds of help articles to include clearer, user-friendly language and to provide a more intuitive article layout. The feedback score increased from 40 percent to 60 percent after a large article update.
