- Responsible for meeting sales goals and managing a Multimillion Dollar book of business for large regional and national key accounts. - Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for new and/or existing products.- Lead product development meetings with customers to gather project details to ensure proper execution for home décor categories.- Manage development projects from ideation to product completion. Project focus being on piece types, design details such as pantones, techniques, finishes, and overall product aesthetic while ensuring project meets deadlines.- Manage sourcing projects from ideation to PO placement.- Collaborate with other departments and overseas contacts to ensure execution of customer projects. This includes providing direction for development, negotiations for varying attributes of an item, sampling, quoting, PO processing.- Handle all private label projects for customer specific projects.- Monitor samples and manage revision details until customer is satisfied with the results.- Curate items from company catalogs and work with the product development team to design custom product based on the customer’s trend guides. In addition to tracking project timelines to ensure projects meet specific deadlines.

- Responsible for meeting and maintaining budgets for select large regional and national key accounts, as well as, assisting Sales Directors with account executive duties for additional key accounts customers.- Provide pricing analysis of item selections and collaborate with Sales Directors to review margin performance and budget dollars.- Curate items from company catalogs and assist Sales Directors in communicating customers product development needs based on customers trends and direction.- Assist in Product Development projects and make sure deadlines are met.

- Manage the day-to-day logistical and administrative tasks for assigned regional and national key accounts. These task include, but are not limited to, inventory management, PO processing, price negotiations, and item set-ups.- Communicate with other departments and overseas contacts to ensure execution of daily task.- Work through all phases of supply chain. From presentations, sourcing and product development, quoting, completing the sale, and shipping logistics.- Knowledge of all customer requirements. Focuses being packaging, product testing, compliance, and logistics.- Travel to shows for customer meetings to present new trends and build customer relationships.- Support Sales Directors with samples, presentations, meetings, and show follow up.
