• Continuous Improve, Review and Analysis Customer material production forecast, historical usage, order loaded and supply situation, ability to drive and coordinate supply improvement acts with factories, operations, Plant Scheduling including Storage Capacity alignment, expansion, master production schedule to meet demand needs and customer delivery performance.• Take in charge of Customer Sample Order, SWAP Order, Replishment and Consolidation Order of demand planning in APAC Region and monthly review Actuals Goods and Forecast Deviations.• Review logistics providers’ performance in service quality with KPI setting by monitor daily metrics and cost classification to maximize working efficiency.• Assess and integrate logistics resources, and provide feedback to senior management leaders’ justification to redesign workflow. Provide professional consultancy service based on operation needs.• Develop and maintain a deep, intimate understanding of OOCL 4PL system, including product roadmaps, corporate goals and all active strategic projects in order to ensure customer support and further feedback and guidance.• Leverage the above domain knowledge, and along with developing the understanding of the customer’s business processes and global ecommerce operations, become a trusted advisor to customer and Sales in terms of end-to-end business process expertise and how 4PL system and service operations impact it. • Based on the Commercial Vision/Plans and on the operational needs shown by the customer, review and analyze customer data (reports, Change Request, Integrations, etc.), and work with the line of business (product/account) owner to integrate into specific 4PL product roadmap and strategy.• Experience presenting complex ecommerce issues in simplified terms to technical and business audiences (internal and external) positioning team and company as a value added ecommerce solution provider.

4PL Project Implementation • Overlook and manage the services to customer by different BU on Order procurement & Inventory, familiar with SAP MM/MD module for inventory management.• Conduct audit and review LSP performance based transaction data by company system; provide justification in service quality and the vendor KPI setting. Solution Improvement• Design proactive solutions for service improvement include ISO tank / DG / Non-DG cargo operations including import /export processing, multi-modal and direct transportation, equipment management (e.g. leasing, cleaning), tank loading supervision base on self- measurement and continuous improvement.

• Integrated information flow as System Administrator SAP, DCS, WMS,TMS and visibility customer normal operation process, striving to consider all aspects of vendor activities into a single management platform,.• Developing management platform and completely let the key milestones including the shipment, customs and documentation statuses are all managed in standard manners.

• Implement Project in APAC to serve the key accounts which are cover retail, healthcare, chemical industries and based on transportation (Multimodal, Railway, and Bonded Logistics Park), local warehouse distribution and inventory, order arrangements, road mapping, mode plan, shipment milestone monitoring, emergency and Contingency Plan handling.
