1. Consulting Associates, Analysts and intern recruitment (1) Explored and utilized different recruiting channels such as Liepin, Weibo and Zhihu, and used H5 to make online recruiting pages.(2) Selected and contacted suitable candidates. Interviewed them in the first round and scheduled next rounds. (3) Designed new interview procedures and tests. (4) Reference check at the last phase of interview procedures and sent offers. 2. Labor relationship management(1) Managed all employees’ labor contracts, including the signing, termination and renewal of them. (2) Managed social insurance and house funding online.
