Grace leads the University of Plymouth's public engagement strategy. A public engagement professional for over 15 years, she leads the co-creation of the University of Plymouth's first ever public engagement with research strategy. Her work also seeks to bring together a community of practice, where academics and professional services staff can come together to share learning, connect and collaborate.

I coordinate the University’s delivery of engaged research activity (the different ways that researchers meaningfully interact with various stakeholders over any or all stages of a research process). I'm responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives for engaged research and creating enabling conditions and policies for high quality engaged research to take place.
