The Fourth Trimester Postpartum CIC (or The Fourth, as we like to call it) is a non-profit, we are here to support postpartum people and their families in life after birth.
We want families, and those who support them, to know what to do when it comes to adjusting to life with a newborn.
The Fourth is for anyone who is postpartum. We know that families come in many different shapes and sizes. We believe that all families deserve the right to postpartum care that is tailored for them.
We offer parenting support groups focused on the first 12 weeks after birth, also known as the fourth trimester.
