Managed food service data including recipes, menus, and the online interface for weekly menu updates. This interface was available to temporary employees, chefs, nutritionists, managers, and students. I taught myself Foodservice Suite (a food data program) that was used across the many groups I communicated with to concisely share information.Collected and recorded leftover food data from each station in the dining hall. I worked directly with nutritionists and chefs to determine estimations for the future. My knowledge about the leftover food and what was consumed by the students helped accurately place orders to save the University money and keep the students well fed.
